After working in the real estate industry since 2005, Shannon Miles built her business on a simple realisation: Clients were paying high commission fees that had little to do with the quality of service they received. Much of those fees were tied to large agency overheads - branding, offices, and structures, not necessarily better outcomes. Lower Fee Real Estate was created to offer a better alternative: Experienced, high-quality representation, without the unnecessary cost. An Agency where clients can work directly with a trusted, highly experienced agent, and still receive the level of service they deserve, without overpaying for it.
